appelsin (bare det orange skallet. det hvite er BITTERT)&lt;br /&gt;1 ts bakepulver&lt;br /&gt;3 dl mel&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- smør og sukker røres hvitt og luftigt&lt;br /&gt;- Tilsett ett og ett egg og rør godt mellom hvert egg.&lt;br /&gt;- Tilsett appelsin (røra vil nå skille seg, men det er normalt)&lt;br /&gt;-Tilsett det tørre&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Hell røra i en springform, 24 bakepulver&lt;br /&gt;2 dl melk&lt;br /&gt;225 g smør&lt;br /&gt;5-6 dråper mandel essens&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4-5 epler&lt;br /&gt;kanel+perlesukker&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Pisk egg og sukker til en luftig eggedosis&lt;br /&gt;-tilsett det tørre&lt;br /&gt;-Kok melk med smør oppi til det smelter&lt;br /&gt;(skal haes i røra mens det er rykende varmt)&lt;br /&gt;-tilsett mandeldråpene&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- skjær epler i båter, med skall.&lt;br /&gt;-Hell kakerøra i en rund springform, 26-28cm&lt;br /&gt;- Dytt eplebitene nedi røra og strø på kanel og perlesukker&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 ts salt&lt;br /&gt;1 ts bakepulver&lt;br /&gt;1 ts vaniljesukker&lt;br /&gt;200 g mørk sjokolade (70% kakaomasse)&lt;br /&gt;2 dl peanøtter (polly)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Smør og sukker røres hvitt&lt;br /&gt;- tilsett ett og ett egg mes du rører litt saktere&lt;br /&gt;- bland inn alt det tørre&lt;br /&gt;- rull kuler på str med en golfball, sett på brett med jevne mellomrom.&lt;br /&gt;kjeksene flyter ut&lt;br /&gt;- Stek kakene på 200 grader i ca 10 min.
